1. Temperature uniformity TUS in the effective working space. Spare parts must be placed in the effective space of the heat treatment furnace, the furnace to maintain the temperature uniformity of each surface, and the specification of the heat difference range.
2. Types of instruments and meters. According to the requirements of heat treatment process, configuration controller, recorder, thermocouple, etc.
3. System calibration requirements. The instrument, thermocouple and compensation wire must be checked by a qualified third party organization and issued a verification certificate.
4. System accuracy. Whether the calibration data of instrument, thermocouple and compensation wire conform to the standard. Different grades of heat treatment furnace define different system accuracy.
5. Periodic testing and calibration of equipment and corresponding records. The heat treatment furnace shall be regularly checked according to the grade and configuration without interruption. The verification data is unmodifiable and must be stored for five years.
