The explanation of air cooling and water cooling, as the name implies: air cooling is to use air circulation to take away heat, water cooling is to use water circulation to take away heat, in order to achieve the purpose of cooling.
General impact temperature -40~150℃ volume within 80L, test products without load, can use air cooling; However, if the impact temperature of the equipment exceeds the range and the volume is larger, water cooling is needed to ensure the cooling efficiency of the cold and hot impact test chamber.
Air cooling has certain temperature requirements on the site where the equipment is placed, so air conditioners need to be equipped at the installation site. Water cooling has no requirements on the temperature of the use place, but it should be connected with water to achieve the purpose of cooling (in the south: outdoor water tower needs to be installed; Northern area: install water chiller next to the equipment.)
Advantages:
Air cooling: easy to move, general refrigeration effect, small footprint, and noise is more obvious;
Water cooling: not easy to move, refrigeration effect is better, covers a large space, and low noise.
