In order to facilitate use, they are designed to be reduced in size, so that they can be directly placed in pockets, handbags, backpacks, However, in the process of moving, a lithographic computer will also experience many changes in environmental physical quantities (such as temperature, humidity, vibration, impact, extrusion, etc.) and natural damage (such as ultraviolet light, sunlight, sand dust, salt fog, water droplets, etc.), which will also cause unintentional human injury or abnormal downtime and misoperation, Even cause failure and damage (for example, household chemicals, hand sweat, falling, improper terminal plugging, pocket friction, crystal nails, etc.), which will shorten the service life of the tablet. In order to ensure product reliability and prolong the service life, we must carry out a number of environmental reliability test projects for the tablet. The relevant tests are put forward below for your reference.

Description of environmental test items:

Simulate various harsh environments and reliability evaluation of tablet computers, and test whether their performance meets the requirements; It mainly includes high and low temperature operation and high and low temperature storage, temperature and condensation, temperature cycle and impact, humidity and heat combination test, ultraviolet, sunlight, dripping, sand dust, salt fog and other tests.

Operating temperature range: 0 ℃ ~ 35 ℃ /5% ~ 95% RH

Storage temperature range: -10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ /10% ~ 90% RH

Operation low temperature test: -10 ℃ /2h/ power on operation

Operation high temperature test: 40 ℃ /8h/ full operation

Storage low temperature test: -20 ℃ /96h/ shutdown

Storage high temperature test: 60 ℃ /96h/ shutdown

High temperature test for on-board storage: 85 ℃ /96h/ shutdown

Temperature shock: -40 ℃ (30min) ←→ 80 ℃ (30min) /10cycle

Damp heat test: 40 ℃ /95% r.h./48h/ power on standby

UV test: according to astm-g-154 conditions, 50 ℃ /4h ←→ uva:340nm/ temperature: 60 ℃ /4h, a cycle of 8h, a total of 96h, check the surface appearance and color after the test.

Weather resistance test: simulate the most severe condition of natural conditions, and carry out solar thermal effect test. Every cycle is 24 hours, including 8 hours of continuous irradiation and 16 hours of darkness. The radiation amount of each cycle is 8.96 kwh/m2, a total of 10 cycles.

Salt spray test: 5% sodium chloride salt solution / water temperature 35 ° C / pH 6.5~7.2/24h/ shutdown → wipe the shell with pure water → 55 ° C / 0.5h → function test: 2 hours later, 40/80% r.h./168h later.

Dripping test: according to IEC60529, it conforms to ipx2 waterproof grade, which can prevent water drops under the inclined corner within 15 degrees from entering the tablet and causing damage. Test conditions: water flow rate 3mm/min, 2.5min at each position, check point: after the test, 24 hours later, standby for 1 week.

Dust test: according to IEC60529, it meets the ip5x dust-proof grade, which cannot completely prevent the entry of dust, but does not affect the action and safety of appliances. In addition to tablet computers, it is also the dust-proof standard commonly used by many personal mobile 3C products, such as mobile phones, digital cameras, MP3, MP4 Etc.

Condition: dust sample 110mm / 3 ~ 8h / dynamic operation during test

After the test, check whether the dust particles will enter the internal space of the tablet through the microscope.

Chemical dyeing test: confirm the relevant external components of the tablet computer, and confirm its chemical resistance against living chemicals: sunscreen, lipstick, hand cream, mosquito repellent, cooking oil (salad oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, etc.). The test time is 24 hours, and check the color, gloss, surface smoothness Etc., and confirm whether there are bubbles or cracks.

Mechanical test:

Description: test the strength of the mechanical structure of the tablet computer and the wear resistance of the key components; It mainly includes vibration test, drop test, impact test, plugging test, and wear test etc.

Drop test: 130cm high, fall freely on the smooth concrete ground, fall 7 times on each side, a total of 14 times on two sides, the tablet is in standby state, and the function of the test object is checked every time it falls.

Repeat the drop test: with a height of 30cm, drop freely on a smooth and dense table with a thickness of 2cm. Drop 100 times on each side, with an interval of 2S. A total of 700 times on seven sides, every 20 times. Check the function of the test object, and the tablet is in the power on state.

Random vibration test: frequency 30 ~ 100Hz, 2G, axial: three axial. Time: 1 hour in each direction, a total of three hours, and the tablet is in standby mode.

Screen impact resistance test: 11 φ/ 5.5G copper ball falls on the central surface of 1m object at a height of 1.8m 3 ψ/ 9g stainless steel ball falls at a height of 30cm

Screen writing durability: more than 100000 words (width r0.8mm, pressure 250g)

Screen hand touch durability: 1million, 10million, 160million, 200million times or more (width R8 mm, hardness 60 °, pressure 250g, 2 times per second)

Flat screen pressure test: the rubber block has a diameter of 8mm, the pressure speed is 1.2mm/min, and the window is pressed horizontally with a force of 5kg in the vertical direction for 3 times, each time lasting for 5 seconds. The screen needs to display normally.

Flat pressing test on the front of the screen: press each side of the tablet with 25kg force in the vertical direction on the whole contact area for 10 seconds, and press it for 3 times, and there should be no abnormality.

Earphone plugging test: insert the earphone vertically into the earphone hole, and then pull it out vertically. Repeat this for more than 5000 times

I/o plugging test: the tablet is in standby mode, and the plug-in terminal connector is unplugged, with a total of more than 5000 times

Pocket friction test: simulate pockets or backpacks of various materials, and repeatedly rub the tablet in the pocket for 2000 times (in the friction test, some combined dust particles, including dust particles, tobacco particles, fluff and paper debris particles, will be added for the combined test).

Screen hardness test: greater than Grade 7 (ASTM D 3363, JIS 5400)

Screen impact test: with a force of more than 5 kg, hit the periphery and center of the most vulnerable panel respectively
