4, observe the high current contactor, circuit breaker (control compressor, fan) whether there is discoloration, scorch mark? If so, replace it in time.
Two, frozen part:
1. Clean the condenser regularly (every three months) to avoid overheating alarm when the ambient temperature exceeds 30 degrees.
2. When the equipment is not used for a long time, the compressor is started once every 2 weeks, and it runs about 1 time each time.
3. It is forbidden to stop the machine at low temperature (below 0 degrees), so as to avoid leakage and frosting in the door of the equipment box.
4. The noise of the compressor is normally dull and smooth. In case of any abnormal sound such as sharp piercing, notify the manufacturer immediately.
Three, waterway part:
1. Clean the water tank regularly to avoid scale formation and abnormal humidification. Check whether the automatic water filling is smooth.
2, 2, the box should be kept clean, and no foreign matter should block the water return port, so as not to cause water in the equipment during the experiment.
3. Clean the humidifier tank every month and check whether the water is flowing smoothly to avoid dry burning damage to the humidifier pipe.
4. Replace the wet cloth every three months.
